Booking, in plain language
The website begins a conversation, not a transaction. These terms explain how an inquiry becomes a confirmed journey, what is due when, and what happens if plans need to change.
Hasy Agency
Four clear moments, from the first note to the first day on the road.
The essentials
This summary helps you orient quickly. The complete terms below explain the conditions and take priority over these highlights.
Submitting a form does not reserve services or charge you.
Journeys are designed for solo travelers and private groups.
The non-refundable deposit is due after you accept a proposal.
If departure is closer, the full amount is due at confirmation.
An inquiry opens the conversation. It does not complete a booking.
Flights or other non-refundable arrangements should not be booked until Hasy Agency has confirmed your journey in writing and your required payment has cleared.
Send preferred dates, guest count, contact details, and the route that interests you.
Hassan confirms availability, final price, inclusions, itinerary, and any trip-specific conditions in writing.
Your reservation becomes binding only after written acceptance and cleared payment of the amount due.
The complete guide
Read every section before accepting a proposal. If something is unclear, ask Hassan before sending payment.
Version 1.0 · Effective 22 August 2026
When a conversation becomes a reservation.
A website form, email, or message is a request for Hasy Agency to review your preferred route, dates, and party. It is not confirmation of availability, a reservation, or a request for immediate payment.
A booking becomes binding only when Hasy Agency sends a written proposal, the lead traveler accepts it, all requested traveler details are supplied, and the required payment clears. The lead traveler confirms that they are authorized to accept these terms for everyone named in the booking.
The written proposal is the source of truth.
Website prices are starting estimates in euros per traveler. Your proposal confirms the final route, party size, total price, currency, included services, excluded costs, and payment instructions before you commit.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required to confirm a journey. The remaining balance is due 90 days before departure. If a booking is accepted within 90 days of departure, the full price is due at confirmation.
We will try to adapt, but availability can move.
Change requests must come from the lead traveler in writing. Hasy Agency will make reasonable efforts to help, but cannot guarantee new dates, rooms, transport, guides, or activities after confirmation.
Any price increase, amendment cost, or non-refundable supplier charge created by the request is payable by the traveler. If a requested date change cannot be accommodated, the original booking remains in place or the cancellation schedule applies.
Timing matters because local services are reserved in advance.
Cancellation must be sent in writing by the lead traveler. It takes effect when Hasy Agency receives the notice. The schedule below applies unless the accepted proposal identifies a stricter non-refundable supplier condition.
Notice received
What applies
Refunds are returned through an agreed method after recoverable supplier amounts are confirmed. Transfer, card, and exchange-rate differences are not refundable.
Safety and continuity come before a rigid schedule.
Routes in Morocco can be affected by weather, road access, local events, supplier availability, or safety concerns. Hasy Agency may make a reasonable change to transport, accommodation, timing, guide, or activity and will aim to provide a comparable alternative. A minor change does not create a right to cancel without charge.
If Hasy Agency cancels a journey for reasons within its control, you may accept a suitable alternative or receive a refund for services paid to Hasy Agency and not provided. Hasy Agency is not responsible for independent costs such as flights, visas, insurance, or pre- and post-trip accommodation.
Arrive prepared for the route you accepted.
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, entry requirements, vaccinations, medication, and compliance with Moroccan law. Requirements can change, so official government sources should be checked before departure.
Tell Hasy Agency about dietary needs, allergies, reduced mobility, medical conditions, or other support requirements before confirmation. We will explain what can reasonably be arranged, but not every remote stay, trail, vehicle, or desert camp is fully accessible.
A hosted journey still moves through the real world.
Hasy Agency coordinates accommodations, drivers, camps, guides, restaurants, and activity providers that may be independently operated. We select and coordinate them with reasonable care, but their services may also be governed by their own safety rules and conditions.
Mountain walking, desert travel, camel riding, 4x4 routes, water activities, food experiences, and road travel carry inherent risks. By taking part, each traveler agrees to follow safety instructions and accepts the ordinary risks that were disclosed or are reasonably apparent.
Travel as a guest, especially when a door opens privately.
Travelers must treat hosts, staff, communities, other guests, animals, and places with respect. Harassment, dangerous conduct, illegal activity, or repeated refusal to follow a safety instruction may result in removal from the journey without a refund of unused services.
Ask before photographing people, homes, ceremonies, or private work. Hasy Agency will also ask before using an identifiable guest image for marketing. Cultural guidance from Hassan or a local host should be followed even when photography is legally permitted.
Raise a problem early so there is a chance to put it right.
Tell Hassan or the relevant supplier promptly if something is not as expected during the journey. If it remains unresolved, email Hasy Agency with the booking reference and clear details as soon as reasonably possible after the trip.
Inquiry and traveler information is used to assess, arrange, communicate about, and deliver the requested journey. It is shared only where reasonably necessary with the people providing those services or where the law requires it.
These website terms apply to Hasy Agency journey inquiries and bookings. Your accepted proposal identifies the contracting details and any governing-law terms for that reservation. A trip-specific term expressly stated in the accepted proposal takes priority if it differs from this general guide.
Before payment
Keep the accepted proposal with these terms. Together they form the record of what was agreed for your journey.

Tell us which journey you are considering and what you need clarified. You will receive a straightforward answer before any payment is due.
